Dirt roads access the lots beyond this point.  The lots are accessible by car during the spring, summer, and fall and by snowmobile during the winter months.  A parking lot is located a few miles from the Legacy Ranch where you can switch from car to snowmobile and continue to your property.  Several lots in the community have cabins built that feature generators, propane tanks, and water wells.  The Legacy Ranch is about a 90 minute drive from Salt Lake or a 45 minute drive from Ogden.
